I wouldn’t think of him as a creep but I wouldn’t associate with him for the fact that he sells drugs.

Are you sure he’s as young as he says he is? He could be impersonating a student for whatever reason. It does happen. How do the teachers react to him?

And where are his parents? Why’d he swap schools?? Not that that matters as much as personal integrity and consistancy.
Yeah, there are so many people in the world, ya can afford to pick and choose who you connect closely with.
Someone with such a grand canyon between his inner (money from exploiting addiction) and outer ( “Just say No!”/ ” Be nice to people” – mmm, wonder how nice he is to people that owe him $$s?) value systems is a bit dodgy and would be kinda hard work to trust. Actually, well dodgy.
