Titanium is a natural element, that is mined from the ground. It’s stronger than gold and platinum, and hypoallergenic. It usually has a very dull finish to it, and doesn’t shine as much as gold or platinum.
Titanium is cheaper than gold and platinum because it isn’t considered a precious metal, but it’s much more scratch resistant than gold and platinum. It’s also a naturally grey-ish colour that never fades. It’s also super light-weight. In fact, you’ll feel like you’re not really wearing anything when you’re wearing it, as compared to gold, platinum or silver rings.
Titanium is a good choice, but keep in mind that once you buy a titanium ring, it can never be sized further in the future. So, as time goes by and you and your significant other’s finger size changes, you’ll be stuck with a titanium ring that cannot be sized, and you’ll probably have to buy another ring to replace it.

Titanium is NOT man made. It is a natural element. It’s lightweight, very strong, non corrosive, and is added to various metals (such as iron and aluminum) to make them stronger yet light weight.
it’s a common element that is found in the earth’s crust and meteorites. It’s used in various industries (construction, dental, aero-space, etc) and also in paint pigments (Titanium White).
it’s a fairly new metal for jewelry. It’s not a precious metal, but it is being combined with precious gemstones and precious metals to create avant garde jewelry.

Titanium is an extremely strong metal that has recently become popular in jewelry – particularly men’s jewelry. Fashionable titanium rings (like this one: http://www.michaelcfina.com/ic/mcfina/sections/jewelry/rings/:product/code/TI0614CAB20028.html ) and cufflinks are popular for their masculine look and resistance to scratching.
Active individuals who enjoy outdoor sports, hiking, climbing, biking and more love titanium for it’s strength and ability to remain beautiful even when worn during rigorous activity.
Titanium is not a precious metal like gold or platinum, but has it’s own benefits. When considering titanium for a wedding band, think about the person’s preferences in style, as well as the activities they enjoy. Titanium could be the perfect choice of wedding band for the outdoor enthusiast, carpenter, or fashionable sports lover.

Titanium is a stronger metal than gold or silver. I also think it is man made so isn`t mined…this is the reason why it is cheaper.
