Unfortunately unless your jewelry is estate grade or antique, you will not be able to get much for them either on ebay or flea market. Jewelry sells VERY cheaply in both places. What the value in that kind of jewelry will be is in the metal. If they are gold, you can sell them at. I just got $135 for two broken chains, a messed up watch and a gold tooth. The stones are really not worth much.

Get your Jewelry valued. After, that explore the sale value in open market i.e., with reputed Jewellers. In case you are satisfied sale across the counter. Otherwise, try on eBay with Reserve Price equal to the best price you are offered across the counter.

I suggest consignment shops or even craft shows if they meet the criteria. I shop a lot at jewelry consignment stores because they have higher end items than you find in flea markets. Much of what they take is from estates and some is custom made so you won’t find it in your local jewelry store which makes it unique. They do take a percentage, but the price you will get is probably more than you could make at a flea market.

I would rather suggets you to get a website setup for your self by some website designer company. Then get it marketed on line so that you get people to see it. What you have said in the question is fine but I believe you will have to push still further.
There are of course various tools you can use to market your product. You can blog or do seo to get to the top of search engines.
You can even use affiliate marketing or Traffic exchange strategies to promote your product. Now a day’s people do prefer Pay Per Click advertising which is very often referred to as PPC.
