We went to the jewellery quarter in Birmingham for our (we got married 2 days ago) her ring was made to fit her engagement ring in white gold with 5 small diamonds and it was only a hundred quid. I had mine made in zirconium (bit like titanium but lighter) that was £200 but my size is a Z plus 4.
