It'll make the ring go up a size or two. They look like little soft beads and they just wrap on the ring. You also might want to ask your local jeweler and see if they have something you can buy and do your self, so you're not with out your rings. They might even be able to do a quick resizing while you wait. Just call around and see who might be able to help you.
