My mom used this metal clasp looking thing to help her rings stay on. I’m not sure what it is called, but someone at your local jewelry store probably would, and they might even have a better solution for you.

There are silicone sizersthat you can purchase for like 5 bucks, they just slip on over the ring on the underside and make it fit more comfortably

The best thing to do is get them resized. It doesn’t take THAT long, and you can be without it for a few days. Otherwise, you might just lose the ring someday, and have no clue where you lost it. For your own sanity, get it resized. Call around to the different jewelry stores in your area to find the quickest one.

Wrap clear, light fishing line around the bottom of the ring. Probably around 10 pound test line. It is light, cheap and clear so it is almost invisible. This works as you can add or remove line to adjust it. Especially if your weight is fluctuating. You don’t want to resize the ring and then resize again soon after.

the only option you have is to get them resized
or gain your weight back, but i would guess you wouldnt want to do that.
you dont want to lose your rings, so you should get them resized

Take them to the place you bought them, or if they were handed down, take them to a jeweler and they will size them for you. You can go to the mall and there is usually a jeweler in there that will do it while you shop. Or, if you go to Walmart, they have ring sizers. They are clear and they slide on your rings to make them fit. They are like 3 bucks.

you can go to a jewelry store and buy a metal ring that clamps onto the ring and resizes itself

go get one of those ring fitter things – sorry don’t know exactly what they are called..lol. but its a pieces of rubber/plastic that you put on the ring that fits your ring to your finger. its like a little piece on tubing that is cut on one side to slide it on the ring. I think they have it at Claires

I’m not sure where to buy them, but i have seen these little plastic things you put on your rings to make them fit. It’ll make the ring go up a size or two. They look like little soft beads and they just wrap on the ring. You also might want to ask your local jeweler and see if they have something you can buy and do your self, so you’re not with out your rings. They might even be able to do a quick resizing while you wait. Just call around and see who might be able to help you. Congratulations on loosing the weight too! :)

Some jewelry stores carry little sizing things that can be put on the inside of the ring to keep it from sliding off – you can also melt a little bit of wax on the inside bottom to make it tighter – of course, take it off when you do this!

Back in high school the girls used to wrap
knitting string around the bottom of the guys class ring to make it tight enough not to fall off
This will work temporarily until you can get the
    ring sized properly.
