Oh I had forgotten they existed! I used to use them as a kid lol. Except I don’t think I ever put one in my nose, I wore them on my ears. The one thing I remember – they HURT. Fine at first and then after an hour or so the pressure really begins to hurt. Might be different for the nose though, no harm in giving it a try. I wouldn’t recommend sleeping with it in though. And I’ll just say, I’ve had my nose pierced twice, and both times it’s healed without leaving any scar whatsoever. So if you wanted to get it done and then took it out by the time it comes to applying for jobs, you wouldn’t have lost anything. But it’s nice to hear that you want to respect your parents wishes
