You actually don’t have to have any physical symbol of marriage. The truest commitment is to each other. No symbol can take place of that. But if you want to exchange something, it should be something that is meaningful to you. And you are really the best expert in deciding what that is. You can exchange bracelets, necklaces, lockets, etc. It really doesn’t matter what it is as long as it is something special to the two of you.

Earrings, a bracelet, a necklace, made of a precious medal ( yellow or white gold, platinum, silver), tattoos on your ring fingers. But the point of a ring made of a precious medal is to signify love has no end it is a continuous circle that cannot be tarnished. Maybe a pendant that you get inscribed w/ some special vows or a poem & the date. Then you can wear it on a chain around your neck close to your heart.

There are a lot of ideas out there. Matching Tattoos, could be on ring finger or select an image together and putting one half on each partner so that they make the whole picture when put together.
pendants.. they come in a variety of designs. you can pick symbols that are easily divided like a heart, sun, a yin and yang. You could have earrings, matching or otherwise. This allows you to remember to listen to your partner.
Scarves are another alternative. They are inexpensive and you have a wide selection. You could even make them yourselves.
The most unique I have heard of is taking a new Surname. This allows you to bond in a public way.
Use your imagination. You may come up with a great new way to show love.
Good luck and God bless!

My parents have tattoos on their wedding fingers. They did it after their 10 year anniversary, but you could do it at the time of marriage. Just remember, they are very hard to get rid of if the marriage falls apart.

I like matching lockets with an inscripted message on the back and a picture of eachother in it!! Its romantic, different and something you’ll love to wear!

You could get matching necklaces or bracelets I guess. I have never heard of anyone not using rings.

you could always use plain rings on a chain around your neck. (i’ve also heard of people who tatoo rings on their ring fingers – not for me!)
