		<description>honestly, toothpaste.  it works.  use a toothbrush and a little toothpaste and it will look good as new.
and i am sure you can take it back to the jeweler to have it cleaned as well!</description>

		<description>Inbetween professional cleaning I have always used a warm mild dish detergent &amp; water combo with a small soft baby tooth brush to gently clean the nooks &amp; crannies, then rinse in a bowl of cool, clear water &amp; let air dry....a second rinse in alcohol for diamonds will make it sparkle......good luck.</description>
