Surprisingly I was only able to locate one website which sells them.
Think twice before getting your soldered together. I had mine done after 20 years on a clip. I just lost a ‘small’ diamond on my ring and now the whole thing has to go back to the jeweler.

Usually those clip around a ring to decrease its size, not to clip them together. We just call them “ring sizers” or “ring guards”and they are meant to be a short term solution for people whose fingers swell and then go down again at change of season or during a pregnancy. Most jewelers will tell you, that having the wedding band and engagement ring soldered together is the way to go. If it is done well, the seam between the shanks of the ring are barely noticeable. The solder is made of the same metal as the bands and increases the durability and longevity of the rings because they don’t rub against each other. I strongly recommend this over trying to clip them together, in some make shift fashion. You will wear out the shanks of your rings and wind up needing to replace the setting much sooner than if you get it done correctly and spend the money on soldering them permanently.

Why not just get them soldier together?
