    There are many words for the adverb “eternally” (see http://lysy2.archives.nd.edu/cgi-bin/wor… for some of them), but I’d personally choose SEMPITERNO.
    For “yours” you need a possessive pronoun. Pay attention! Latin is a language that makes a distinction of gender, so the forms for male and female will have different endings!
    Female (Fiancee to fiance) : Sempiterno tua.
    Male (Fiance to fiancee) : Sempiterno tuus.

    Here are some Latin phrases that have been inscribed in wedding rings:
    “nemo nisi mors” = “Nobody except death (will part us)”; inscribed in the wedding ring of the Swedish 16th century queen Katarina Jagellonica.
    “amor vincit omnia” = “love conquers all” (The Aeneid by Virgil)
    “semper amemus” = “let us love forever”

    English-to-Latin is very hard for me, and I wouldn’t dare suggest anything. I’m almost positive it would have to be reworded.
