If you like to wear a silver bracelet or a fancy gold bracelet for fancy occasions you could have the diamonds put inside the bracelet in different spots around the bracelet.
If you have a necklace with a charm you enjoy wearing you could add a diamond as a center stone.
you could have cuff links made for your dress shirts with the diamonds in each cuff.
I would get the diamond re appraised again incase you have forgotten and take it to a reputable jeweler so they don’t exchange your good quality diamond with one of less luster or cheaper diamond as there are many options you have to keep in mind with clairty cut etc… and if you dont’ know much about diamonds the guy may switch your good quality diamond for some junk. At the end also asked to have it appraised someplace else not the same jeweler you bought it from and have the jeweler write up the quality of diamond you came in with matching up with what your leaving with. Then take it someplace totally different and have it checked out.
Also keep in mind the jeweler who will remake your chosen design will charge a lot more than what you bought the ring for orginally.
Good luck.
