Best suggestion would be go to the jeweler and tell them how much you are willing to spend and what you are looking for…they will be able to show you everything available on the market and if they don’t have it, they can usually order it for you

Sometimes you can get a custom ring pretty cheaply if it is not too exotic. Pick something that has meaning for you. My fiance and I go kayaking and canoeing together a lot. We picked plain gold rings with just a slight wave pattern etched in. Fairly cheap, but still personal to us.

When me and my husband eloped we planned everything, but each thought the other would pick up and pay for the rings, but of course neither did. We ended up at K-Mart getting last minute wedding bands. Man what a let down from what we originally wanted. I refused to get the nicer ones since these held more history that our kids might like to hear later. LOL just thought I’d share! Good Luck!

Let your bf figure out how much he can comfortably afford, keeping in mind he doesn’t have to buy the band right away, and he shouldn’t go into debt over the ring. Then he chooses a ring he thinks you might like.
For you, luckily guys bands aren’t that expensive, so you should be able to find something within your budget.

Go to the jewelry store and ask them to show you different styles of rings.
Plain gold or white gold bands go with everything, and are inexpensive.

Go to a well established jewelery store, not one in a mall (they’re more interested in amking sales than anything else)…tell them your budget and what you like and see what they can come up with for you.

Target has nice bands and Kay Jewelers have nice bands at a reasonable price….

Set the budget first.
Then go to the jeweller and tell them to show
you all the wedding bands that match your
style. If you are already engaged then the
biggest thing will be getting one that
complements and fits with your engagement
ring.
