They spend more money than you will ever see in your lifetime.
On the other hand, they don’t have to pay for the dresses and jewelry they wear to awards shows, unless they already own it. But anything else, they do have to pay for.

I agree with the answer above me. A lot of times they don’t have to pay for anything. Designers send them free stuff just to have them photographed with it, or have them mention the designer.

Probably nothing. They get them free or heavily discounted if they mention the designer/jeweler name.
