You will get the most exposure by renting a space at your county fair which will be held in October in most states. Decorate the space beautifully, and demonstrate your oyster-openings to all those people who pass by. You can have a decorated box and let people register to win a free pearl. Somebody must win, but you can use the entrants’ info to follow up with a call and ask if they would host a party. If you do a good presentation at the fair, you will get bookings, and you have enough time to make it perfect. Good Luck !
