You have two choices--either scour the pawn shops (I have seen many deco wedding rings at pawn shops) and hope to get really lucky...or have one custom made. The traditional band that would match your engagement ring would be a simple band with the filigree, narrow, and would sit flush against your engagement ring.
As far as custom rings go, yours would be fairly inexpensive, assuming this is the band that you want. Go to a respected, local jeweler who does the work in-house. This way you can discuss your options with the person who will be making it.
If you want something more elaborate, you can also discuss this with them. If I were you, I would have a slightly thicker band with 6 small flush diamonds, three on each side. This would be more prevailant than the traditional option.
Just my 2 cents. :)
