Hey! Im 16 too!!!
I do not think he is a creepy person, you should meet some of the creepy people at my school. However, he seems to be in some heavy **** or a lier so I wouldnt be trying to get to close or involved with any of the things he does, if I was you I would just act like he was any other person because he is I supose, just staying aware of the things you know he does, If he shows particular interest in you then play it by ear. It’s your choice to get involved with criminals or liers, he seems like a well meaning person none the less.
