Yes, I know a great place online! We bought my engagement ring from http://www.schubach.com. They have a ton of simple wedding bands for men in titanium and tungsten (very clean, simple and modern) for $50 to $200.
If you don’t have an engagement ring already, you could get a moissanite engagement ring instead of just a wedding band. Their half-carat tiffany style solitaires are like $150 and soooo pretty. They also have lots of women’s bands. Oh, also, if you call them and tell them what you’re looking for I’m sure they can find it for you cheap — that’s what I did. They even have free shipping!

Wal-mart, department stores, or any jewlery store in the mall right now like Kays or Helzberg is having their holiday promotions and you will probably get at least 20% off, sometimes more.
Also try places like pawn shops. Its the first place they go after someone dies or gets a divorce and you can get stuff for a steal. My husband’s band was like $15.

I’ve seen the prices at BlueNile and they aren’t as “discounted” as everybody tries to make it sound.

i bought a pair of diamond earrings from bluenile.com. they were the cheapest and best quality of anywhere i’ve seen. and i’m married and did research all of this. they deliver very quickly and follow up to see if you’re satisfied. wish i’d had the same for my wedding band, which was overpriced and had poor service from smaller establishment.
